Kristen holds an education and credentials as a trauma informed 200hr E-RYT Yoga Therapist, Certified Peer Support Counselor, and AFPA Certified Holistic Nutritionist specializing in recovery support with eating disorders. She is the Founder of Project Healing Hive and also in long-term recovery from disordered eating and

Complex- PTSD (she is a mental health advocate with a voice). Breaking the stigma around holistic and alternative therapies and creating accessibility to underserved populations by creating systems that provide services and education that supports individuals, families, and community growth.


Luke Carsto, MA, LPC, NCC

Treasurer - Clinical Director

Luke is the owner and Director of Therapy at Eternal Renewal Counseling. With experience in the mental health setting for 12 years, he is a master level licensed therapist and a national certified counselor. Also having experience with acute care and outpatient settings, Luke, is able to provide insight and direction on filling gaps of the current model for mental health services. Luke provides CBT and believes individuals are not a diagnosis. Using a holistic approach to talk therapy by integrating complementary therapies which improves cognition. Luke oversees all therapeutic operations for PHH and our B.E.R.D. studies.


Stephanie Moore

Executive Board of Directors - Spiritual Committee

Stephanie is an alumni at Roanoke College where she received her Bachelors in Arts & English. Then traveled to the Andes Mountains, Chile and studied at The Light Body School. She is the the owner of Stephanie Moore Shamanic Energy Medicine. Bringing individuals into alignment with their highest destiny by guiding them gently through dissolving the karma, disease, trauma and pain that stalks them, and in turn becoming fully awake to their true luminous nature. When the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony true healing can begin.

Anthony Guidotti, LMT, RMP

Director of Programs, Education and Research

Anthony, is currently perusing his medical degree at Temple with an interest in Neuroendocrinology, Kinesiology, and Orthology. He is also owner of The Wuji Space, where he specializes in massage therapy and Taiji. Combining his knowledge of western anatomy and eastern energy work, Anthony uses his experience with the physical and meditative qualities of massage, Qigong, and Taiji to mend the body, calm the mind, and build the spirit. When all three are harmonized, true healing can begin.

Heather Marquette

Programs, Education, and Research Committee 

Heather has been practicing yoga for over a decade and is a certified  ERYT-500, RPYT and the owner of 2 Crows and a Raven. Heather completed intensive training in 2021 which allowed her to help people with fertility, pre and post prenatal transition using Yoga and Ayurveda. Today, she is enrolled in a Yoga Therapy program and graduating in 2022. Heather has also completed various specialty training modalities including: Love Your Brain, yin yoga, restorative, and trauma informed. Heather loves educating other students in teaching, leading and healing as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

Bettina Fischer

Born and living in Germany since 1966. Bettina, began looking for answers and studying various holy scriptures at an early age. Soon the channels and connections to the Celestial Hierarchies began to open, leading her into perceiving a universe that is so much bigger than physical reality. Bettina, has been working energetically for the planet since her early twenties and for people since 2003 in-person and virtually. Her curiosity about all matters spiritual led her to explore many different approaches and healing modalities like Reiki, Kriya Yoga, The New Lightbody® by Cecilia Sifontes, EMF® Electro Magnetic Field Balancing Technique by Penny Phoenix Dubro, Essential Programming by Bryan de Flores, Matrix Energetics® by Dr. Richard Bartlett and Theta Healing® by Vianna Stibal.


Lorena Saaverda Smith

Community Outreach Committee - Virtual Outreach

Lorena is a therapeutic yoga educator; 500hr E-RYT, CYT, Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, Mindfulness and Sound Healing Facilitator and, Shamanic Wisdom Keeper. Originally from Perú - at a young age Lorena was exposed to very diverse spiritual and complementary methods closely linked to self-healing and self-empowerment. With nearly two decades of experience in the health & wellness field, she has been able to respectfully fuse concepts from a diverse range of ancient philosophies. She uses yoga as her principal approach to education due to its tangible and sustainable results. Her unique self expression of equality and her motivational teaching methodology of multidisciplinary holistic therapies makes her passion to educate others accessible and culturally sustainable to everyone.


Kate Nelligan

Community Outreach Committee  - PHH at the Heart

Kate is a trained doula through DONA International and a certified BASI Pilates instructor. Kate specializes in prenatal and postnatal Pilates to prepare you for childbirth and assist in your recovery. Her mission is to empower individuals while encouraging them to embrace their own power and ability to heal. Kate provides education and support to women and families through, during pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood by providing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support. 


Alejandra Aguilera (Ally)

Community Outreach  - PHH at the Heart

Ally is a Physical Therapist, 200RYT Yoga teacher, Mindfulness Mentor, Women’s Health coach, and owner of Mind Body Power. She was born and raised in Venezuela, where obtained her degree in Physical Therapy. Continuing chasing her dreams, she moved in 2010 to USA (Philadelphia) and after a long process working on her career and learning a new language Alejandra got her Physical Therapy license in 2016 and since then has been working serving others in their physical rehabilitation but she also incorporates the principles of yoga and mindfulness in her practice to improve the emotional and spiritual well-being in her patient’s life. 


As a single mother and immigrant, Alejandra has a passion and interest for serving other women and single moms to reach their maximum potential to achieve their dreams, overcome fears, barriers, promote a healthier lifestyle, as well help them become self-sufficient, strong leaders, independent, and more confident with themselves in every area of their life. For this reason, she created the outreach program WE CAN (women, connection, access, and networking). WE CAN mission is to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health in Hispanic women or any other culture to improve their own and their family’s wellbeing, thought a series of wellness programs that empower, educate, connect, and promote the health of mind, body, and spirit.


Sarah Sibel

Outreach Committee - Virtual Yoga 

Sarah is a RYT300, Transformative Life Coach and Certified Counselor.  Receiving her B.A. in Communications and Psychology, she then continued on to get her M.S. in Counseling. Her passion for health and fitness grew stronger in her personal life as she began teaching and running in many local Philadelphia area races. Her biggest passion in life is helping others and giving back. Sarah is a big believer in continued personal and professional development, and is always looking to continue expanding her knowledge and growth.
